I'm speechless and beyond impressed. Nike recently released the Nike Air VaporMax "Be True" collection to some retailers, Nike website, and the SNKRS app. Since 2012, Nike has consistently supported the LGBTQ community by way of sneaker and apparel releases inspired by the original 1978 pride flag. Nike has managed to support LGBTQ groups and causes in the form of $2.5 million in financial aid, further solidifying the brand’s stance for inclusion of athletes of all walks of life. Nike’s 2017 BE TRUE collection waves the flag proudly yet again, with four super dope shoes that are a must cop... I know I will be copping one of these for sure, can you guess which!? ;)

The Nike Vapormax, the Nike Flyknit Racer, the Nike Pegasus 34, and the Nike Cortez.. Which is one of Nike’s oldest and most time-honored kicks.. This reminds us of the brand has been TRUE constantly supporting the LGBT Community for decades..
The shoe that really stuck out to me more than any of the others in the pack was the Nike Air Vapormax. This beautiful shoe is beyond incredible. I love all things sneakers and I am not biased to any brand. Although, hands down, Nike killed the game, brought it back to life, then killed it again with this beautiful shoe in regards to that, I had no intention nor did I look twice at the LGBT Pride Ultra Boost that were released by Adidas. In my opinion the shoe looked poorly done as if it was rushed out to just release a shoe. The balloons? Whatever they are on the back look like they were just thrown on a regular black Boost. Not to mention after watching some reviews it appeared some pairs had chips on them out of the box.
Anyways, enough of that non sense and let's get back to the review. The Nike Be True VaporMax is an incredible colorway. With the air bubbles on the bottom of the shoe highlighting bright vibrant colors, they make the dark upper really pop. I would say the upper is a dark navy and purple.

So, I guess you guessed it, I ended up purchasing the Be True VaporMax... Well drum roll... I ended up purchasing also two others.. In defense I am only keeping one out of them. I thought I had missed out on the Be True VaporMax, but I guessed wrong as I got a notifications 15 minutes before the release from my SNKRS App. on that note Nike SNKRS App I the easiest way to buy shoes, especially hypes ones. If you do not have it downloaded on your iPhone you just are not doing it right. And if you have an Android you really just are not doing it right...
Before we dive into this Day to Night, in which other two, I will ask you.. How do you run? Do you sweat during the day or during the night? I love this! I seriously freaking love the creativity and the personalition Nike is giving to its customers will releasing this fire...

Nike rolled out before the drop of the VaporMax Be True, a pack of fire shoes. The Day to Night pack. I was really intrigued with two color ways of this pack and that was the Violet Dust ( aka dark purple) and the Navy. What really intrigued me to this pack... Is the story behind it, the background, why this pack was released.. Nike hit my heart hard when they gave runners choices to express their workout preference in their footwear. From dusk to dawn, how do you run? Everyone knows how passionate I am about running and how it soothes me more than anything I have ever done. The feeling of just letting go of every type of stress and every ounce of pain and I stride through a playlist. My mind racing and my feet keeping up the pace keeps my energy hight and my body craving for more miles...
Finally, I know you all are thinking this... Are they more comfortable than an Ultra Boost!? My answer to your question is... They are different from each other. The VaporMax actually feels great on my foot. It is nice and sleek and what I like is the firm stability it gives me.. Boost gives more of a cloud feel where as the VaporMax gives me a bounce. I love both of the sneakers, but you see which shoe(s) I picked here....
