Holy Yeezy Boost Batman!

Some of my grails in my sneaker collection are definitely my Yeezys. I currently have in my collection… Moonrocks, Belugas, Pink V2, Breds, Creams, and most recently… ZEBRA!!!

I will never forget purchasing my first Yeezy’s. I was always about the Swoosh life and purchasing the Moonrocks opened my eyes to Adidas. Many of you know that I rock all brands. Nike will always have my heart, but I do like Adidas as well. I enjoy Adidas not because of the hype, but because I started wearing the shoes because I liked them. I appreciate sneakers for different reasons. Not everyone is going to like the same shoe as me and I will not always like the shoes of others. There is nothing new about that. That is why I LOVE sneakers so much. For for me, what I wear on my feet is an expression of myself, mood, feeling, or vibe.

My favorite Yeezy out of my collection are my Moonrocks. The reason I value this shoe is not just because it is my favorite out of the V1 collection (besides the Turtle Doves…) The reasoning is that I worked harder than ever to find a good price, make sure they were legit, and save my money to be able to afford them. I purchased my Moonrocks over a year ago. I try not to wear them as frequent as my other Yeezys, just because I paid over retail for them. If you ever come in to a situation with buying a pair of Yeezy’s from a reseller that you are trusting the shoes are legit… Make sure you research the shoe, check for a receipt, make sure it matches up with the transaction, and always make sure what you pay for, is what you get.

It is a hard choice in choosing between all the shoes, so I will give a break down of my tops Yeezy’s in my collection….

1. Moonrocks - you already know the story

2. Creams- I love how I can rock these with anything and everything

3. Breds- Im all about looking like Darth Vader. I love the black and the nice touch of red. They remind me of the Pirate blacks, but I like these more

4. Zebra- I love the Zebras, but they will remain 4th on my list. Mostly because of how hyped up they were and how crazy over priced they are. But I do love this shoe. You could wear anything and this shoe will hold the attention. Although, I do not recommend dressing too loud with these. Rock it with some supreme and you're golden.

5. Belugas- I love the Belugas. Something about that orange stripe just does me right. It Is crazy but for some reason they resemble the shattered backboard to me. I love how a simple or loud outfit can make these shoes really pop.

6. Pink Stripe - I love this shoe, the pink pops, keep it simple with darker colors, and these shoes will have you swagging out…

Overall, I love the Moonrocks, but I will say I enjoy the fit of the V2 more than the original. I like how the shoes are more fitting and sung. For sizing, if you cop and V1 go a half or full size down. And for the V2… GO UP IN SIZE!!! A half or a full… These shoes run a lot smaller than previous model. I would compare them to a 1.0 or 2.0 Boost. They run very narrow and give a way more snug fit than previous V1 model.
